Voisin Law expands commercial property team with appointment of Advocate Emma Baker

Voisin Law has strengthened its property team with the addition of Emma Baker, a Senior Associate specialising in commercial property.

Emma, a Jersey Advocate, brings eight years of commercial property experience with over five of those being gained in Jersey. She has extensive experience on assisting owners, occupiers, investors and developers on all areas of Jersey commercial property law including commercial acquisitions and disposals, leases, property finance, property developments, building contracts and Planning applications, agreements and appeals.
