How do we exit the lockdown?

For all Jersey business the key question now is: how do we exit the lockdown?  The Council of Ministers are not putting themselves forward to allow us to examine and scrutinise the Government’s decision making.  Are they running scared?  The Governments website shows that as at yesterday (14 April) Jersey has 217 confirmed cases.  If you look at the Government’s own “Where are we on the Curve” stats we should have an estimated 600+ new cases per day.  What is going on? Come on States of Jersey – Jersey business needs you to explain this.
