Kylie is a Wills and Estates Manager with over two decades of experience in all aspects of estate administration and wills preparation for both local and foreign clients.
She manages her own caseload, including liaising with clients and intermediaries as to their requirements and maintains a client-centric approach.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Kylie’s experience over the decades has been gained from dealing with a very wide variety of estates, wills and codicils preparation, delegation accounts and daily management of client’s financial affairs. She also arranges for the registration of Wills of Jersey Immovable Estate, assisting and advising personal representatives on estate matters and taking instructions with regard to Lasting Powers of Attorney. Also, over the years, Kylie has worked closely with senior lawyers in relation to contentious wills and estate matters.
After completing the Jersey Offshore Trust & Company Certificate in 1999, including two probate modules for which she was awarded top student, she decided probate was definitely the area she wished to work in.
