AREAS OF EXPERTISE:
Daniel is a Jersey Solicitor that advises on all aspects of Jersey corporate, security and banking law and has particular expertise in acting for real estate developers in relation to real estate finance, restructurings and property acquisition. Daniel also has extensive experience in relation to company migrations and mergers and has acted for a number of locally based and international service providers in relation to such transactions. Daniel also has expertise in relation to Trust Law and advises a number of Jersey and Swiss Trust Companies on all aspects of Trust Law and has particular skills in drafting technical trusts to meet client needs.

Advised a real estate developer in relation to a number of significant acquisitions in England and Wales, including the acquisition of a large Shopping Mall in Newcastle.
