Voisin Law LLP Formation – ‘Voisin Law LLP’

Voisin Law is pleased to notify clients that we will be trading as ‘Voisin Law LLP’ effective 26th November 2020, when we will become a limited liability partnership registered under the Limited Liability Partnerships (Jersey) Law 2017 (the “LLP Law”). Registered number 108.

From that date Voisin Law LLP will also be recognised as a legal services body under Article 17A of the Law Society Law, 2005 and the partners, in accordance with the LLP Law, will generally not be liable for the debts and losses of Voisin Law LLP.

Please note that all correspondence and invoices issued on or after 26th November 2020 will be in the name Voisin Law LLP, however, our office address and contact details will remain the same:
