Voisin Law is delighted to announce that Natalie Harris has joined its Property team as its new head of property.

Natalie, who qualified as a Jersey Solicitor in 2015, has been advising clients on Jersey property transactions for more than twelve years. She has extensive experience in all aspects of Jersey property work including commercial acquisitions and disposals, leases, property finance, property developments, and residential purchases and sales.

Natalie, who is also a member of the Jersey Law Society Conveyancing Sub-Committee, is taking over from John Kendall, who is retiring from the Island’s longest-established law firm after more than 47 years.

Speaking about her new role, in which she will act in a wide range of property matters, Natalie said, “Voisin Law has one of the most well-established and successful property teams in the island.   I’m excited to be given the opportunity to grow the team in order to continue to meet the demands of the buoyant property market”.

“Both the commercial and residential property markets have seen an increase in activity over the past year and I expect this to continue throughout 2018.”

Voisin Law Managing Partner Ian Strang said: “We’re delighted Natalie has joined our experienced Property team, who are all dedicated to making life as easy as possible for those buying and selling property. Having acted on a number of Jersey’s largest property transactions in the past couple of years, I have no doubt Natalie will help strengthen our team”.

“We must add that although we’re all sad to be saying goodbye to John Kendall who has been a valued member of that team for more than 47 years, he will be continuing as a consultant with us and will be available to assist on client matters”.
