Daniel Walker Nominated for Lawyer of the Year

We are delighted to announce that our very own Daniel Walker has been nominated for Lawyer of the Year IFC at the Citywealth Future Leader Awards.

The Citywealth awards recognise emerging talent in the Wealth Management Sector. Daniel has experience in all aspects of Jersey corporate, security and banking law, so it came as no surprise to the Voisin team when he was nominated in the Senior Associate category.

Daniel has extensive experience in relation to company migrations and mergers and has acted for a number of locally based and international service providers in relation to such transactions. Daniel also has expertise in relation to Trust Law and advises a number of Jersey and Swiss Trust Companies on all aspects of Trust Law and has particular skills in drafting technical trusts to meet client needs.
