Ziporah Rono is an Associate in Voisin Law’s Dispute Resolution Department and a qualified Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
Ziporah has extensive experience dealing with civil and criminal litigation, as well as non-contentious matters.
She advises corporate and individual clients on a broad range of dispute resolution matters, including commercial and contractual disputes, personal injury claims and property disputes.
Prior to joining Voisin Law, Ziporah practised in Nairobi, Kenya, where she progressed to Senior Associate before relocating to Jersey. During this time, she managed a varied portfolio of matters, advised clients on legal risk and transactional issues thereby extending her practice areas from litigation to conveyancing, corporate and commercial. She played an active role in the conduct of, and representation of, clients in contentious matters before the Kenyan courts, developing strong experience in advocacy, dispute strategy and the practical resolution of complex legal issues.
Ziporah is recognised for her practical approach, sound judgment and ability to build trusted relationships with clients while managing complex and varied work.
Ziporah holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Strathmore University Nairobi, Kenya, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
