After qualifying as an English Solicitor in 2015, Stephanie focused her practice within the realms of litigation.
Stephanie has particular experience in employment law. She advises a broad range of employers and employees on all aspects of the employment relationship; including small businesses and international organisations within the finance sector whether it be employees seeking advice on compromise agreements, redundancies, restrictive covenants, unfair dismissals and discrimination claims or employers seeking guidance as to employment contracts, disciplinary and grievance issues and investigations, acquisitions and people management issues.
Stephanie represents both employers and employees in the Employment and Discrimination Tribunal.
Stephanie also provides advice on the application of the Jersey Discrimination law to service providers in the Island.
Stephanie’s general litigation practice encompasses a variety of areas including but not limited to personal injury and clinical negligence claims, breach of contract claims and debt recovery. Stephanie is experienced at all forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution including for trust, construction and personal injury disputes.
Additional Information
Stephanie joined Voisin as a bursary student in 2008 and completed a Law degree at Durham University after which she undertook the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Bristol. Stephanie completed her training contract with Voisin during which she gained invaluable knowledge and experience from the Corporate and Commercial Department.
