Stephanie Habin initially joined Voisin in 2008 as a bursary student before joining Voisin Law LLP full-time in 2013.
She qualified as an English Solicitor in 2015 and has developed a focused practice in litigation, with expertise in employment law. She advises a diverse range of clients from SMEs to international organisations within the finance sector, for both employers and employees, on all aspects of the employment relationship.
Stephanie regularly represents both employers and employees before the Employment and Discrimination Tribunal and presents training to businesses in Jersey on employment and discrimination law matters.
Her broader litigation practice covers a variety of areas, including personal injury and clinical negligence claims, breach of contract disputes and debt recovery. She is also experienced in all forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution, including those relating to trust, construction, and personal injury disputes.
