Natasha Egré is Head of Client Development at Voisin Law, where she works closely with the firm’s partners to strengthen client relationships, shape strategic growth and enhance how the firm brings its expertise to market.
Natasha brings significant experience in strategic client leadership, business development and marketing, with a strong track record of advising complex organisations and building high-value relationships across both the public and private sectors.
Natasha is a former Chair of the Institute of Directors (IoD) Jersey, where she played a leading role in strengthening engagement between industry, government and regulators, while championing best practice in governance and ethical leadership. During her tenure, the Jersey branch became the fastest-growing international branch globally.
Her earlier career includes senior communications and advisory roles, working with international financial services firms and high-net-worth clients, where she developed particular expertise in reputation management, stakeholder engagement and complex communications.
At Voisin, Natasha focuses on building and strengthening long-term client relationships, ensuring the firm remains closely aligned to clients’ evolving needs. Working alongside the partners, she supports the firm’s strategic direction and oversees marketing, with an emphasis on clarity, consistency and delivering a genuinely client-focused experience.

• Raised and educated in Jersey before graduating from Bournemouth University with a BA (Hons) in Multimedia Journalism
• Holds the Institute of Directors Diploma in Company Direction with Distinction, reflecting advanced expertise in governance and strategic leadership
• Natasha continues to contribute to public life as a Board Member of the Jersey Police Authority, providing oversight within one of the island’s most important governance bodies
• Interests include travel, scuba diving, skiing, theatre, cooking and reading.
