Eric Salaün joined Voisin Law LLP in May 2007. He is an expert Property Conveyancer with over 40 years of experience.
Eric has been appointed by the Viscount on several occasions as a property expert in Vue de Vicomte and Vue de Justice cases.
Eric handles a wide range of residential and commercial property transactions, acting for large scale property developers including drafting contracts. He also acts for financial and professional institutions, as well as general home movers and first-time buyers.
On the residential front, he has conveyed all types of local residential property and was responsible for several landmark housing developments. His commercial work extends to development sites, commercial, office and retail premises and farms.
He was recently involved in the sale of one of the most expensive residential properties in Jersey.
