Eric has been a conveyancer for 35 years and is experienced in dealing with both residential and commercial conveyancing transactions and has a wealth of experience in drafting contracts for developments. Eric handles a wide range of property transactions, acting for large scale property developers, financial and professional institutions as well as general home movers and first time buyers.
On the residential front, he has conveyed all types of local residential property and was responsible for several landmark housing developments. His commercial work extends to development sites, commercial, office and retail premises and farms.
