Dawn Barette is a Legal Assistant in Voisin Law’s Property Department, working closely with Emily Paris-Hunter, Partner and Head of Property. She supports clients and colleagues across a broad range of Jersey property matters, including freehold and flying freehold transactions, share transfer sales and purchases, property financing and related conveyancing work.
Dawn brings more than 25 years of experience in Jersey’s legal sector, having spent her career working within established property teams. Her extensive knowledge of local property transactions enables her to assist clients through every stage of the process, from onboarding and document preparation through to completion and post-completion matters.
As part of her role, Dawn manages property transactions, prepares legal documentation, conducts legal research and liaises with clients, lenders, estate agents and other professional advisers. She is known for her organised and practical approach, helping transactions progress efficiently while maintaining a high standard of client service
Her detailed understanding of Jersey property practice, combined with her approachable manner and strong attention to detail, makes her a valued member of the Property team.
