Angela Roscouet joined Voisin Law LLP in 2018 and specialises in Wills, Probate and Estate Planning. She deals with conveyancing matters including share transfer and leases, all of which are often related to her probate work.
Angela qualified as a Jersey Advocate in 1987. She has gained significant experience in all aspects of the law including licencing matters, family law, personal injury work, criminal work and general litigation.
In her professional capacity, she has appeared before all the Courts in the Island including the Privy Council (Supreme Court).
Angela advises her clients on a wide range of private client issues including debt recovery; sales and purchases of business; eviction proceedings and family matters.
