Alex joined Voisin Law LLP in August 2025 as a Senior Associate in the Corporate, Commercial and Trust Department.
Admitted as an English Solicitor in 2016, Alex has extensive onshore and offshore experience. He has served as In-House Legal Counsel for global and international organisations in the UK and Jersey, spanning sectors such as financial services, retail and medical devices.
Alex advises businesses and individuals on a wide range of transactional matters, guiding clients through complex corporate, commercial, trust and banking matters.
Alex has a keen eye for detail and adopts a commercial and pragmatic approach to his engagements.
In addition, Alex has intimate knowledge and experience of trust companies and corporate service providers, particularly the legal, regulatory and commercial issues and challenges they face. Prior to joining Voisin Law LLP, Alex was Senior In-House Counsel for a global regulated service provider specialising in corporate and fiduciary services, fund administration and capital markets headquartered in Jersey. In this role, he provided strategic and pragmatic legal counsel across a wide range of transactional and advisory matters.
Outside of the office, Alex enjoys Rugby League.
