Voisin Litigation strenghtens team with new advocate

Advocate Estelle Burns has joined the litigation team at Voisin law firm in Jersey.
Estelle Burns will focus on litigation and non-contentious company and trusts matters. She is a Litigation Advocate with over 11 years experience. Since qualifying as a Jersey Advocate in 2009, she has focused her practice on general litigation and appears in the Jersey courts on a weekly basis in criminal and civil matters, the latter including professional negligence, debt recovery, personal injury, health and safety, construction, property, employment, and family disputes.
Advocate Burns is developing a specialism in health and safety matters and construction disputes. She has written articles on health and safety and the workings of The Health and Safety Appeal Tribunal.
She is an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey, Barrister of England & Wales, and Solicitor of England & Wales. In her spare time she enjoys a range of sporting activities and holds a private pilots’ licence. She is also fluent in French and speaks conversational German, Spanish and Italian.
