In recent years Voisin‘s Litigation team has gained an enviable reputation in contentious work in Jersey. It has done so by seeking to achieve the best results for its clients in an expeditious and cost-effective manner. We are able to advise on all aspects of procedure in the Courts of Jersey and in respect to the available methods of alternative dispute resolution.
The team is experienced in a wide range of contentious work, most notably high profile trust litigation, professional negligence claims and the conduct of major commercial disputes. The nature of litigation practice in Jersey demands that the firm also deal with a domestic caseload involving a significant number of personal injury, medical negligence and employment and criminal matters. The Department also provides an efficient debt collection service.
Our Litigation team is well respected both in Jersey and internationally, and has received plaudits from, among others, the Legal 500, the ‘bible’ of the UK legal industry.
